This table provides data about the lifestyle and preventive behaviour of the Dutch population. It comprises the following aspects: - smoking - use of alcohol - length, weight, people who are underweight and overweight - use of contraceptive pill - preventive research - influenza vaccination - physical activity The data are based on the Health Interview Survey conducted by Statistics Netherlands. They can be broken down by sex and age. The Health Interview Survey is a continuous survey. Its population consists of Dutch residents of all ages in private households. Data available from 2010 up to and including 2013 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are definitive. Changes as of 22 March 2018: None, this table has been discontinued. When will new figures be published? Not applicable. This table has been discontinued. Figures from 2014 onwards can be found in other tables, see paragraph 3.
