This table presents an overview on the types and use of swimming pools, indoor sports facilities and outdoor sports facilities. The figures are restricted to swimming pools and sports facilities operated by either local government or by commercial operators (private limited companies etc.) registered at the Chambers of Commerce as having the operation of swimming pools and/or sports facilities as their main activity. Data available from: 1987-2012 Status of the figures: all figures are definite. Changes as of 28 January 2019: None. This table has been discontinued. When will new figures be published? No longer applicable.
